Note from Vice Admiral Merquise:
Please be advised that those of you sending in requests must be apart of Aurora Fleet or apart of a fleet that is allied with Aurora Fleet before I will grant the request. Anyone caught sending in a request form that does not belong to Aurora Fleet or an allied fleet or wishing to use the ships in the fleet yards list for any fleet other then that of Aurora Fleet or an Allied Fleet will be Sent to Aurora Fleet JAG.
